Shinboru (Symbol) by Hitoshi Matsumoto
Curious movie by a Japanese comedian. Saw it yesterday with my Asian Cinephiles Meetup Group. I enjoyed it. Although I can see myself hating it on a different day!

Matsumoto is a really a famous comedian in jp. Too bad he was sick recently and is now under recovery. I haven't see this film yet. But like your comments, either I'm going to love it or... hate it. Since you put this up, maybe i should try renting it in the weekends!!
Maybe if you have a little drink first, and some fun snack foods around, there may be a better chance that you'd like it than hate it! Make it a fun, enjoyable event in addition to the film ;-)
